Not only did this young nurse care for me professionally, but she also cared for me spiritually. There are several staff members who deserve an outstanding shoutout, but Susmita gets a scream for the comfort she provided for me during a very scary episode in my life. She helped keep me calm. She did the work to get me the answers I needed to keep me calm. She took the extra time and effort to help me understand the process, which helped me stay calm and determined to keep it going.
