Susy is a charge nurse for a very busy and diverse unit. Her work ethic is strong by reporting to work on time, being a positive team player, volunteering for unit projects and being involved in various committees. Over the years she obtained her BSN and acquired two national nursing certifications. Susy has also played a significant role as a resource during various training initiatives. She is a clinical expert in her field in starting IV's and identifying key assessment points to provide better patient outcomes. Her top priority is safety and quality as she spearheads the unit to 100% compliance in Core Measures, Hand Hygiene, and Medication Administration.
