Suzanna is a RN Case Manager who tirelessly works on my Neuro Progressive Care floor. Day in and day out, this lovely woman takes her time & listens to so many stories from our patients and their families, in ways that we as nurses don't always have time to do. She truly helps us understand in inner workings of each family's dynamics. Suzanna always goes the extra mile to help check into what more we can do upon discharge for each individual and works with diligence to speedily move each patient's progress forward.

As a Lead RN on my unit, I realize how essential Suzanna is in ensuring details aren't lost in translation with so many care teams and variables involved in so many of our vulnerable patient's care. What truly stands out to me, is that despite being in case management- Suzanna sits up on our unit (when she doesn't have to) and answers to any emergency light that rings. She effortlessly provides guidance and support to our bedside staff in stressful moments like Rapid responses and code blues, by implementing her years of RN experience.

Our unit wouldn't function the same without this incredible lady and she deserves to know just how thankful we are for her!
