Sue went above and beyond to make my son and I feel empowered, respected, and comfortable. Things weren't feeling too positive until Sue came in. She motivated my son to take the next steps in his recovery by going to the bathroom himself, showering, and walking. My son can be moody, but Sue pleased him so much that he even got involved in his treatment plan. She was beyond competent in her duties and skill. In 32 years, I never met a professional that was so compassionate and "on point".
