Suzanne Williams epitomizes everything good about the nursing profession! When I met Ms. Williams, I told her that I was anxious about my surgery. She immediately set about reassuring me that I had nothing to fear. Suzanne's professionalism, empathy, and sense of humor were most comforting and put me at ease almost immediately. I appreciated her concern for my comfort and needs. Ms. Williams was also clear in her communication with me and my wife.
