We received a very emotional, appreciative phone call from a recent patient who was here in the Spring.
He met many kind, caring people during his stay, but found Suzanne Geffre to be truly exceptional. Suzanne put both him and his wife at ease during an unpleasant catheterization procedure and then reviewed care at home.
"She is exceptionally outstanding in work and as a person. You are lucky to have her. She stopped by to see us at the end of her shift and gave each of us a hug before leaving."
He asked that we share his message with Suzanne and compliment her for sincere kindness and compassion.
