From the day I met Suzanne through now, she has been so amazing, kind, helpful, caring, fun, and nothing short of awesome. Anytime I asked questions she took time to answer them. She always made sure I and other PSAs feel comfortable and knowledgeable so that we know enough about the patient we are watching. Suzanne truly cares about her patients and any other patient on the floor. She listened to me when a patient was declining, even though it wasn't her patient. She jumped right in and went into a code blue situation. Suzanne took care of delegating and took care of what needed to be done. For a very serious matter, she handled it with grace and calmness. Suzanne has encouraged me and pushed me to further my career. She was genuinely excited about the classes I took. She gave me the encouragement I needed. She has become family to me. She's been there through the rough times and the great times in both my personal and work life. I will always be truly grateful, thankful, and blessed she has been a part of my life.
