From the moment I arrived, Suzanne's kind heart shined through. I was in horrible pain and had embarrassingly soiled myself. Without hesitation, Suzanne offered to help get me cleaned up and changed into clean clothes. The way she went about the process made me feel comfortable and a little less embarrassed about the whole situation. Suzanne's great care did not end there! She explained everything she was doing and what to expect. I am a nervous person, and she was able to calm those nerves for me. Suzanne came in multiple times to check on me and make sure my pain was getting better. Her care that morning meant a lot to me!
