Suzi has been a valuable member of the Orlando Health Team for nine years starting as a floor nurse, working in the operating rooms at Arnold Palmer, and now as a Nurse Practitioner in the Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery Division. Her impact on the patients in our division are too numerous to do justice. There are so many families that consider her an integral part of their care journey providing expertise, social and emotional support, and logistical guidance. She is the director of our interdisciplinary cleft palate team, she manages our role in the interdisciplinary head shape clinic, she coordinates prenatal care for families with craniofacial anomalies, she scrubs in the operating room, she manages outpatient clinics; there is almost nothing she doesn't do. And if you were to review our practice comments from patients (and our practice consistently performs above average), you will see again and again that Suzi as much as any other provider is the face of the care we provide. I cannot recommend her any more highly. She is a true DAISY Nurse.
