My girlfriend was in L&D having our baby. We were very nervous because it was our first experience with L&D and we are young. At 7 am Suzanne walked in an immediately we felt a sense of comfort. When issues arose, she handled them with ease, and she eased our concerns. My girlfriend's labor was intense, and she began to experience a lot of pain and difficulties. Suzanne was by our side most of the day. She educated us, coached us and cheered for us. My girlfriend had to push for two hours. Suzanne missed her lunch because she was dedicated to seeing us through. When the water broke, the NICU team had to be called for the delivery, that scared us, but again Suzanne comforted us and gave us hope all would be ok and it was. Thanks to Suzanne and her dedication, expertise, and professionalism!
