Suzanne's ability to personally connect with patients to gain their trust in such brief encounters is one to be admired. One of Suzanne's most recent patients stated that for his first treatment, "She made the process feel safe and relaxed and even easy as she was gentle and professional".
Suzanne is utilized as a resource and mentor to all and as the main charge RN, knowledge and ability are key qualities. The staff has stated that Suzanne is always willing to teach newer staff members as she takes the time to explain why and wants them to understand the rationale behind why they are giving a medication. The staff consistently states that she is approachable, patient, knowledgeable and understanding.
