Suzanne came into my room with a big smile on her face and introduced herself. While being my nurse, she treated me with concern and was very helpful. She always asked me if I needed anything, and treated me like I was her only patient. That makes such a difference in a patients recovery. You are very lucky to have Suzanne on your team. She is a hard worker and takes excellent care of her patients. She has been a real blessing to me. Being sick is bad enough, but to have a nurse welcome you the way she does means the world to me.
