My mom is the most important person to me in the world! Having my mom in the hospital is heart stopping. Our family's experience in the past 5 years with Torrance Memorial has been like a sunny break in the clouds on a gloomy day thanks to Suzanne Tatakian. She has taken care of my mom in such a way, that it gives us reassurance that our mother is in good and caring hands. Let's face it, nobody really likes being in the hospital especially when a loved one is the patient. The personal care of the staff becomes priceless to both the patient and the family involved. Suzanne is a vital tool in both the recovery process of the patient and the family involved. She paid close attention to my mom's needs and pain issues. I think all of my nurses were great. I wanted to express how special and kind Suzanne tatakian was to me. She had a calm comforting voice, always gave me my medicine when needed and never acted like she was rushed or too busy for me. She talked to me when she could when I was lonely at night. She always greeted me with a smile and told me she would wish me good thoughts when she went home. Because of this and so much more, I want to point out her outstanding care and kindness. Suzanne brightened my stay like a beautiful flower.
