1) From a patient’s family member: I am writing a special thank you to Suzanne for going above and beyond the call of duty to make my daughter comfortable in her stay due to an asthma attack. Suzanne has a beautiful spirit, a caring personality and excellent bed side manners. It takes a very special person to care for others and she definitely exemplifies that to the fullest. I pray that she will continue to stand out above others and to her I say may you always be a blessing to those you come in contact with. God Bless you.
2) From a patient: I have been at TMMC on several other visits. We find Suzanne is exceptional, extremely attentive, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, caring and an excellent nurse. She made me feel very comfortable prior to my procedure which I know will help mentally with my outcome.
3) From a patient: I especially appreciate Suzanne’s care for me on the night shift. She comforted me during anxious times; ensured that my medical and physical needs were taken care of. She is patient, kind, compassionate and professional. She explained the reasons for procedure/medications, etc. She took me for my first walk down the hallway. I was excited and anxious. She explained that I may be dizzy when I first sit up and stand; to just take my time. Walking my first walk with her was such a joy, a step towards recovery. My IV site was really painful. After trying a couple of things, repositioning, warm packs that didn’t bring relief, she removed the tape and repositioned the tube, etc., and retaped it. She is warm, compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable; a great example of excellent nursing care.
