There is not just one situation - it is Suzy Smith's continuous smile, her calmness and the expression of love in her eyes and face. I was on Behavioral Health because I felt suicidal when Multiple Sclerosis began affecting my legs. I felt secure and loved around Suzy, she was always attentive to every need. I was eventually transferred to Sparks Nursing Center for PT and OT and continue to practice what they taught me at Madisonville. Every time I think of my time on Behavioral Health, Suzy's smiling face comes to mind. I think that her positive attitude qualifies her for the DAISY Award.
