Svenja took very special care of my daughter making her feel extra special during an extremely tough time for her. My daughter absolutely fell in love with her. She arranged special treatment for her on her 9th birthday. That day was very hard for A because she had to spend her day in the hospital, her pain levels were high, and she was hooked up to an EEG. Svenja arranged a visit with L to life her spirits. My daughter said, "Mom, I love her so much, she will always be in my heart no matter what. She made me feel like the most special person in the world."
