Lana went out of her way to find an elastic to put my mom's hair in a ponytail! She is a caring and compassionate person as well as a wonderful nurse.
Lana was an amazing nurse; she was there whenever I needed a question answered. She took time to explain what was happening with my mom so we would know exactly why she was doing what she was doing and what had to be done to care for my mom. She went out of her way to find an elastic to put my mom's hair in a ponytail! She is a caring and compassionate person as well as a wonderful nurse. I wish she could be my mom's personal nurse! But then, other patients may not have the benefit to see her wonderful heart!

Our mom was in CCU and we would like to commend and thank our nurse Lana for taking exceptional care of her. Her heart is gold and her halo shines bright. She went above and beyond, not just for the care she gave to our mom but also for being there for us, her family. Truly exceptional nurse. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you so very much.
