Swannie Mae's patient was very much amazed by her commitment to her profession. She mentioned that Swannie is a nurse that does not wait for the call from patients but instead she is doing frequent rounding to her patients to see if they are in need of something or just simply visit patients to see if there is anything that she can be of help with. She said that her timing in her visit to patients in giving medications and other treatment is something that they have not observed from other nurses in different healthcare facilities. She also respects patients and visitors and even when she is about to leave when her shift ends, she constantly visits the patient to introduce the nurse who will be taking over care. This simple act made her feel so satisfied with the care that she received. This nurse is professional and is making a difference.
