Swee Lin A Ruinata, RN, MAN

As Chief, Research Branch of the Office of the Chief Nurse, Philippine Army, CPT Ruinata NC has been a driving force in cultivating a culture of inquiry, learning, and continuous improvement among military nurses. She believes that research is most meaningful when it leads to better patient care, improved nursing practice, and positive change within the organization.

Through her leadership and mentorship, she has encouraged nurses to ask important questions, seek evidence-based solutions, and translate their findings into programs and initiatives that benefit both patients and healthcare providers.
