Thank you Sydney, so much for closely monitoring my grandson, Brian’s, oxygen level. If it wasn’t for you, his oxygen levels probably wouldn’t have been recognized so quickly and there is no telling what could have happened to him. His levels are good now and he no longer uses the CPAP. I know ‘Mr. Bubble’ was going to have ‘no trouble’ since he was in your care. Also, congratulations on twenty years of service to the nursery.

Sydney is very friendly and very comforting with infant care. I like the way she gets infants to stop crying by talking to them and not using a pacifier. Also, I think she should be recognized for her work performance and dealing with infants in a compassionate manner.
