Sydney is very caring and loves her job. She shows compassion for all people. Just watching her do her job demonstrates the love and care she has for all patients. She is soft-spoken but firm. In one instance, as a patient had an accident before sitting on the bed, she reassured him it was ok and cleaned it up. She made him feel it was ok with no embarrassment. She always demonstrates professionalism and love for her work. As someone watching from the sidelines, her demeanor shows everything you want in a person.
