Sydney took the time to talk to and treat my father with dignity and respect. She washed his face and cleaned his mouth out for more than 10 minutes, making sure that it was done correctly. He was responding to her more than some of his closest family. She helped my husband and me understand the process that someone goes through before passing. She gave us the blue booklet to read so that I would be able to help educate my family. Her overall care and concern were truly refreshing.
