Sydney was heaven sent. She always answered my calls, brought medication on time, and answered all my questions. She made me feel like I was her only patient, never rushed when in the room. She was very knowledgeable on the medical side. Sydney was also very personable. I learned about her family as well as her learning about mine. Sydney helped me prepare to go home and made sure that I would have everything I needed and taught me how to take care of my drains. She went over all my discharge instructions and made sure I understood perfectly. Sydney went above and beyond to care for me during one of the most painful surgeries of my life. She is an Extraordinary Nurse!
