Sydney recently went above and beyond to advocate for a patient who had a progression of disease but was going to wait to start treatment. She stepped in and spoke with the physician and was able to get the patient back into treatment the following week. The nomination continues, "Her heart shows through everything she does...she is quite a sight to behold doing her work. An angel in a nurse's uniform!"
