Sydney is compassionate, caring, and respectful. She loves learning and is incredibly insightful. I know that I can always count on Sydney to ask meaningful questions that enhance learning and assess the deeper meaning of the content. She is a natural leader and offers support for all of her peers. Even when having her own difficult times, Sydney is the first person to offer an encouraging smile or friendly greeting. She listens attentively and always actively participates in class, offering assistance and extra discussion for her peers and friends. Sydney is dedicated to her studies and recently accepted a position within critical care at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. I cannot think of a better fit for someone as caring and empathetic as Sydney. She truly moves beyond the textbook to value patients and families, and I have no doubt that she will do great things to enhance the profession of nursing.
