Sydney Phillips, RN

A couple of weeks ago, while working alongside Sydney, we had a very sick patient who transferred from our Med/Surg floor. Sydney jumped right into action and provided prompt care for this patient, all the while keeping his children updated at the bedside. Sydney advocated for this patient multiple times and reached out to all of the patient's consulted providers to keep everyone up to date on the patient's condition. Her determination in advocating for this patient's needs was admirable and something every nurse should strive to provide. The family provided comments on Sydney’s ability to provide quick and efficient care to their father.
