She was so loving and caring to my son. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable before she did anything when other nurses were just forceful and stuck to the schedule of 'we have to get it done now even if he screams and cries' and then would walk off. She would talk to him and keep him calm the whole time whatever she was doing.
