Sylvia had a great attitude, had compassion, answered questions, was friendly and made my husband feel as comfortable as possible. What made her above and beyond better and extraordinary was one procedure she performed that really made him more comfortable. Since entering the hospital, the IV site in his hand kept bumping things and gave him great pain. Sylvia took the time to relocate the site so it didn't get in the way. It relieved the pain.
