Sylvia is an extraordinary Enrolled Nurse who is committed to conducting outreaches in the hard-to-reach areas of the district. She walks several miles to offer immunization to the most underserved communities. She offers family-centered care and has improved the community utilization of health services in her area. She is very keen on learning and sharing knowledge with others. She participates in health education in the community and has very good communication skills.
