Sze-Yu Lin, RN, BSN

Sze-Yu is a stable, generous, and cheerful nurse who always has a smile on her face. She is very patient with the baby and carefully observes the needs of the newborn baby. She is able to give appropriate comfort to new mothers who are in a stressful and anxious mind.

Sze-Yu not only provides physical care to postpartum mothers but is also able to assess their postpartum emotions. She guides postpartum mothers to voice their fears and arranges for a counselor to help relieve stress. Sze-Yu has been praised by many mothers for her ability to provide individualized health education from the mother's point of view so that mothers can familiarize themselves with the knowledge and skills of raising a baby during their stay in the postpartum care center.

Sze-Yu not only provides quality care in the clinical setting but also contributes to the unit's business. During the epidemic, she took the initiative to participate in the planning of epidemic prevention measures, reminded colleagues to complete relevant education and training, and assisted in monitoring the status of implementation so that the unit could provide an environment where both mothers and babies could feel at ease.
