A family wanted to recognize Tabetha's dedication and commitment in the care of (a patient) during this family's time of need. The family had certificates of appreciation made and hand delivered it to the Emergency Department for making the patient's passing (patient was put on hospice in the ED) comfortable and allowing the family time and phone calls as the patient reached out to everyone to say she would be passing and was calling them to say goodbye. Tabetha shared this time with the patient and her family, hearing stories, providing supportive comfort measures and being with them throughout the whole process.
