Staffing has been a challenge in OB lately. Yesterday the day shift OB nurse was caring for a laboring mom with an ICU nurse as a second set of hands. Tabi agreed to come in two hours early so the OB nurse wasn’t alone with a delivery. Tabi cares about her fellow nurses and is always willing to help. In fact, she was a nightshift volunteer for a week to help out. Our OB nurses are floated out often to other departments and Tabi is always willing to go wherever help is needed She is an asset to the hospital.
