tad little, RN, BSN

My son M has been and is a patient of this floor very frequently. Tad has gone above and beyond the call of a nurse in many ways. One of the ways is always making sure M is comfortable and not in pain. Tad also has the drive to call the doctor when other nurses are scared to call her. I called my mom who stays with my son and I was afraid his site was infected. Tad took the time to come in and evaluate it and assure me via the phone that it was ok.

Tad has been a jewel to M. Most of the nurses just come in do what they have to do, but Tad always takes time to make sure M is comfortable. He also does not freak out very easy. He came in one night and saw that the port had been de-accessed. Instead of going crazy, he calmed my mom down, changed the sheets and then calmed M down. He then put the cream on and stayed way past his clock out time and went and did the access instead of going home to his family and passing it off.

I know that Tad has touched many lives up here, but I really do believe he is a true nurse.
