Taiba Usman started with CCU 15 years ago. Like so many staff of CCU she started without prior experience to Cardiac Patients' Care. CCU at that time has no Educator to teach or guide newly hired staff. They were left on their own to seek knowledge and the skills were learned as we all go through our life at CCU. She goes out on her way to seek the knowledge she needs to better herself to provide care for her patient. CCU's greatest teacher, mentor at that time is a female physician. Taiba always sits with her during break time to learn ECG reading.
Over time, Taiba has learned how to take care of a CCU case. She always go beyond her call of duty as a staff to make the hospital experience of each patient at CCU a bearable one. She embodies the 6 C's of a great nurse:

She is compassionate and kind towards patients. She is conscious of her patient's distress, suffering, and she always gives time to talk to her patient and tries to alleviate their anxiety. One of the stressful events in the life of the patient is the payment for the Non Eligible. Taiba, always bargains and asks for discount in behalf of her patient.
