I am a private caregiver for a patient admitted to the VA. On the second evening, my client had a nurse who went above and beyond the call of duty. Her bedside manner was so professional and caring. She made sure to inform the family and patient of everything that was going on. She spent so much time keeping her patient clean and warm. Her patient was the best-kept since his admission to the VA. Her skills as a nurse were top-notch. She explained every step to her patient, and even when he asked several different times, she answered patiently with such grace. She gave the kind of care that every person should have. She also identified that there were some things that were not working for her patient and fixed them immediately.
