Talana made me feel like she understood me and was very personable with me. I was in so much pain from my blood clot in my lung, but she helped calm me down because she had been through the same. When I wanted to go home and was depressed and not talking to anyone, that night, she was my nurse. She got me talking and smiling and helped me do my shot by myself. She changed my mood.
