Talecia is currently a graduate student in the Nurse Educator Tract at Georgia College & State University School of Nursing and is working as a Graduate Assistant in our nursing skills lab.  She also teaches a lab section in the Health Assessment course.  In addition to her studies and Graduate Assistant duties, she works in the Emergency Department at Oconee Regional Medical Center in Milledgeville, GA.  After she completes her master 's degree, she plans to enter the Doctor of Nursing Practice program here at Georgia College.  
Talecia enjoys teaching and contributing to our school.  She takes meticulous care of our skills lab and is superb in instructing students during our extended hours and conducting make-up labs for Health Assessment.  She participated in two labs for Adult Health I this semester.  She recently created insulin questions to use with Adult Health II medication calculation remediation.  She is conscientious about maintaining the Excel spreadsheet that tracks lab usage during extended hours.Talecia is always willing to help students and faculty in any way she can.  She is an exceptional member of our team!
