As a nursing student, Talitha consistently shows patience, professionalism, and a willingness to advocate for her patients' needs. She works collaboratively with healthcare team members while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety. Talitha also understands the importance of involving families in the care process and providing education and reassurance to help them feel informed and supported. Through her caring attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine concern for others, Talitha reflects the qualities of a compassionate and patient-centered future nurse.
Within the classroom and simulation lab, Talitha is known for being supportive, encouraging, and dependable among her peers. She works well with others and is always willing to help classmates better understand nursing concepts, skills, and clinical procedures. During simulation labs, she remains patient and collaborative, often stepping in to guide or encourage peers who may feel overwhelmed or unsure. Her positive attitude helps create a comfortable learning environment where others feel supported rather than judged.
Talitha also demonstrates leadership by assisting classmates when instructors are unavailable or unable to help every student immediately. She takes the time to explain assignments, review skills, and share knowledge in a way that is understanding and easy to follow. Her peers often look to her for guidance because she is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants others to succeed alongside her.
