I was involved in a farm accident, severely burning my head and losing a large amount of my hair. I also suffered a cardiac problem and was placed in ICU. Tallysa was one of the nurses who cared for me there. While all the nurses were wonderful, Tallysa went above and beyond when my family couldn't be there, lending a caring, listening ear as I received some pretty hard news about my future. She also took time to comb through my hair, which was a complete mess, and helped me immensely to feel a bit like myself. She also remembered some of my favorite things, and also made sure my husband had what he needed. When in an ICU, those things mean more than ever. Tallysa made some of the hardest moments of my life so much easier with her genuine, kind, and caring heart. I am forever thankful for her, and I won't ever forget how she made me feel.
