Tam's astute assessment and quick actions ensured the patient was safe and received medical attention, and that the patient's worried family were kept informed. Another example involved how Tam set up medication monitoring/adjustments for a patient traveling to another country. Her Clinical Supervisor and nominator emphasized that Tam demonstrates this level of expert nursing care for all her patients and described her as "extremely committed to her profession and our patients."
