After taking a certain med for clinical depression for years, I talked to my doctor about making a change. We added 10mg of Fluoxetine but found that 15mg was the right amount. No problem filling the script for 1.5 tablets until I needed a refill. Then my insurance decided to deny it, somehow, Tami was the lucky nurse who took charge of the negotiations and over 2 months and multiple denials after she was able to get through to them that was the dosage prescribed and needed. She saved me from having to experience and process the maddening frustration of making all those phone calls myself. I am so grateful for her dedication to ease my emotional stress.
