Tamara M McDowell, RN

Tamara is an incredible nurse and handles crisis situations safely. Each shift she has been beyond helpful/supportive. Every time I pass her in the hall she is encouraging and welcoming. She treats patients with respect and she is a great leader on the Adult Unit. Each shift I floated and had to work with her I know the day would be okay and that she takes patient and staff safety very seriously. She is a pro at code situations and works well under pressure. I know many other people at Dominion have respect for her as well and I believe she deserves to be recognized for how dedicated she is to the Adult Unit/Dominion.
