Tamara was nice and kind. Tamara is simply fantastic. She is an excellent caregiver and an advocate for our patients. She is a great team leader and a strong resource to members of the care team on our unit. She picks up many extra shifts, including night shifts! She is professional and very personable. She is a preceptor, charge nurse, and a mentor for both new and for experienced nurses. Tamara is a highly engaged employee and volunteers for the skin team and also volunteers to help our local community. We are very lucky to have her.
