When I went into labor and delivery, she made me feel relaxed and at ease going into having my first baby. She answered all of my questions about being a new mom and the worries you have. Although she wasn't there throughout the whole day, she came back the next day to help me further with my aftercare. She is a very sincere, caring person and I felt that every time she walked into the room to help me. My boyfriend and I really loved her and wished she was there from start to finish, because that's how good she was. When it was time for me to go she came in and gave me a hug and wished us well. I hope to see her next time I deliver my baby because she knew what she was doing and cared about my overall experience from beginning to end. She even went to the extent to make sure before her shifts ended that the next staff member knew what I wanted for my birth experience and made sure I was in good hands. I will never forget her and the compassion she showed me being a new mom. I hope she is doing well.
