I wish to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of one of our exceptional nurses, Tamara Scheidt. Tamara truly stands out for her unwavering DEDICATION.

Regardless of the patient load, whether it is 20, 40, or 70, Tamara never complains. From the beginning of the day, until the last patient is seen, she consistently demonstrates RN professionalism. Remarkably, she maintains her composure with every patient, even during our busiest days.

What sets Tamara apart is her awareness of my demanding schedule. She actually takes the initiative to conduct chart reviews, fill out dates of patient visits, and complete FMLA paperwork while significantly reducing my workload. Tamara also goes above and beyond to address patient’s questions and arrives early to prepare the clinic.

Despite seeing 60-70 patients a day, she always wears a smile and eagerly asks, “Dr. T, how can I help?” This level of dedication deserves recognition!
