Nurse Lewis has a very calming spirit. Her tone was very sweet even after multiple requests for items and information. Her immediate follow up was pleasant. She serves others well and makes the job seem easy. Lastly, her shift ended but, she made sure to get back to me on a minor concern of mine. It was much appreciated and made my stay all the more a lovely experience!
