Tameka is an incredible asset to unit 2; she is extremely person-centered in her approach with all the children. She respects their communication when they are not quite ready for a medical intervention and respects who is important to and for them. Tameka always jumps in and helps whenever and wherever she is needed, whether that is moving into an iso room, covering a room while staff has to step out, or just sitting for a few minutes and spending quality time with a child. She is wonderful in every way.
