When my parents first arrived at Encompass, it was late on a Friday afternoon, close to 10 pm, following a traumatic and serious car accident. It is imperative that pain be managed appropriately during both PT and OT. I have clearly observed this nurse’s understanding of this concept through her administration of medications at specific times to maximize the effectiveness of both therapies throughout my dad’s day. She has done so with compassion and without judgment. We are truly grateful for her professionalism and care.
