Tamera Humes, RN

Tammy is a nurse with immense nursing knowledge and a variety of experiences in different nursing settings. She brings all of this knowledge to our Triage Team. She calmly and efficiently talks through each call with caring and compassion. She has been known to take a call, send it on to a provider, and then watch it to make sure the provider has answered it. Then, she calls the patient back with the information. Thorough is a definition of Tammy. In addition to this, whenever I have a question as another triage nurse, she gladly takes my call and walks me through different scenarios to help me triage my patient well. Tammy has been behind the scenes at Pella Regional Health Center for many years and is a true DAISY Nurse.
