Over the course of my 28 days in Passavant, I became concerned regarding my progress or prognosis. I expressed my concern to Nurse Tamera. She took note of my situation and promised she would try to resolve the situation. Tamera made many phone calls until she was able to arrange an appointment for me. She kept me informed every step of the way and helped arrange a pass for me to leave the TCU for a physician appointment. The result not only eased my mind but caused a complete change in the way therapy was being given.
A patient's mental state affects the healing process. Tamera stepped in and helped me resolve my concerns. Her job was to care for my medical needs and she did so unfailingly and always with professional and pleasant attitudes. The rest was way above and beyond the call of duty.
